Over fifty

I feel aging now, especially after Shifu's passing away. This several days, I go to hospitalized for my fifty shoulder. Those show aging aging.........

I was absent from a important meeting for taking a rest at home yesterday, as I feel if I go to join the meeting, I might catch a cold. After the meditation period last night, my throat became better. It is a sign that I will leave the cold. I waked up 4am this morning and go to meditation, I feel a little moving in my stomach.

One more dream

Last night, it can be said this early morning, I dreamed I rode on a truck. In the way, I found Chang Kunag Fashi and his bicycle. I picked up him and his bi. Then I dreamed I climbed a very dangerous slop, I climbed very hard and bit my tooth several times. Finally, I wake up. It is really one more strange dream.
